Happened to hear about SJR Watermark project near Sarjarpur/ORR junction. Decently priced for this area (around 60 lakh for a 1400 sq ft ) and also construction seem to be in full swing.
But already there seem to be some problem with this project. Read the comments in the following link :

1. One of the proposed entry/exit is removed and the access is via a smaller road now.
2. There are some concerns about the brick being used. "SOLID CONCRETE BLOCKS" was promised and now "POROTHERM CLAY BLOCKS" seem to be used.
( There are some more issues in the above link ).
It appears to be on a good choice in terms of location, but it is better to do some more research on this...
